A special Q&A....

During Personal Development Week we study Religious Education and this term we have been learning how Muslims celebrate.  This includes, the Islamic New Year, the Day of Ashura,  Mawlid al-Nabi, Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr and the Hajj. We were lucky to have a member of the Al-Birr Community Centre and Mosque to come and speak to the children and answer any questions. 

We had a lot of questions and found it very interesting!
