Anyone for croquet?

After lunch tomorrow, we will be using the school minibus to head to Royal Esplanade in order to visit Ramsgate Croquet Club. They have very kindly invited us to go and have a taster session free of charge.

Personally, it is a sport that I have never tried - as I'm sure is the case for many of the children - so am excited to see what it is like.

The children are welcome to come into school wearing their PE kit if they wish, or can wear normal school uniform with a pair of trainers.

We should be back to school ready for a 3 o'clock finish as usual (hopefully not delayed by the traffic lights on Newington Road).
