Activity Week

With the Strike Days and Secondary transition day(s), we will not see the children now until the Monday of next week - when we begin our activity week...

The children will only have SEVEN more school days with us, so we aim to make them as much fun as possible. Here is a reminder of what is still to come:

Monday 10th July - We go to Folkestone Leisure centre for a carousel of activities (high rope challenge, Foot-golf and doughnuts down the dry ski slope).

Tuesday 11th July - Train to Broadstairs to have a picnic lunch and watch a film at the 'Palace Cinema'.

Wednesday 12th July - Trip to Under1Roof for the summer inflatables.

Thursday 13th July - Walking to Ramsgate beach for some games, sandcastle competition and a picnic lunch.

Friday 14th July - RAPS Summer festival.

Monday 17th July - Leavers Ceremony in the evening, followed by pizza and Team Manhunt.

Tuesday 18th July - Last Day - Shirt signing.

For the first event:

To go to Folkestone leisure centre, the children are welcome to wear their own clothes - but they must be suitable for the activities on offer. Also, children must take with them long-sleeved top and bottoms, as well as a pair of gloves, in order to participate in the dry-ski slope activity. Without the correct attire, they will not be allowed on this activity. We will be there most of the day, so they will need a packed lunch. Otherwise, the school will provide a school packed lunch.
