Mexican recipes!
Mike Spackman, the community chef who led the cooking project earlier on this term, has sent through the recipes used during that week...
The children really seemed to embrace the project this year and produced some wonderful dishes - they looked great and tasted delicious!
Many of them were eager to cook some of their favourites again, so Mike has kindly sent over all of the recipes - which are attached below.
I strongly recommend getting the ingredients, sitting back (maybe with some supervision) and letting them loose in your kitchens to recreate them! Happy eating!
