Diversity Week: Afro-Bangra Workshop!
Diversity Week is in full swing!
We had a visit from Lucky who showed us how to play Afro-Bhangra drums! This unique drumming and dancing collective fuses the traditional Dhol drum from North India and Djembe drum from Southern Africa. After the drumming we asked Lucky some questions about the drums and their traditions.
