A windy day...
It was too windy for Forest School...
We can go to Forest School in many weathers but when we have high winds it is unsafe for us to visit due to the risk of falling branches.
Last Monday we had very strong winds, so we stayed at school and took part in some nature-inspired activities. Some of us made bird feeders and some of us enjoyed using loose parts to make little dens and villages. We could paint pictures or play 'tree trumps', a bit like top trumps but with lots of trees!
