Forces in Space
We have been learning about the tides in topic.
We learnt that gravity from the moon pulls the tides on one side of the earth and centrifugal force creates a bulge on the other side of Earth. To create centrifugal force, we spun some marbles in glasses which is like the earth spinning. This is similar to when you are on a roundabout and you feel like you're going to be flung off!
