Democracy in action
On Wednesday, Year 6 participated in a series of elections, showcasing democracy - one of our British Values - after a number of wonderful speeches had been delivered by the children...
All the children who delivered a speech did incredibly well - speaking clearly and thoughtfully about what qualities and experiences they had to qualify them for the roles on offer. Every child received votes and the counts were often unbelievably close! Well done to all of those who were brave enough to speak, but huge congratulations to the following pupils:
