Musical Visitors

RAPS welcomed musicians from Kent Music's musical roadshow, 'Bach to the Future'. The musicians then showed the children different instruments from each instrument family and demonstrated how each one is played. They even showed how instruments can be created using everyday objects such as a hosepipe and a funnel! The band played a variety of familiar tunes, including TV theme tunes, songs from the movie and some recognisable classical songs. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about the instruments and how they use vibration to create sound as well as listening to and joining in with the songs.
