The spelling words are the latest words from the statutory word list, whilst the reading comprehension is a short extract from a narrative.
The spellings will be tested next Friday (1st December), on the same day the reading comprehension will be due in. We do stress to the children that it is best to get it in early and not leave it to the last minute!
