Home Learning

With the SATS next week, we have not set any formal home learning or spelling tasks for next week...

The most important thing is that the children have a fun, relaxing weekend with plenty of rest and sleep before the SATS next week.

Some pupils have asked for a few bits to practice, so I have given them some past papers to explore. There is NO expectation that they are completed, though I am happy to go through and questions they are unsure of on Monday - if they wanted to try some or all of the questions.

Additionally, if the children do want to do some last minute revision, there are some websites you can have a look at:

KS2 - England - BBC Bitesize : Select the English area to practice SPaG or reading comprehension skills

Maths Genie - Primary - KS2 SATs Revision: This website has access to all the past maths papers, as well as all questions linked to a specific area of maths if you want to practise.

AGAIN, I WANT TO STRESS THAT WE ARE NOT EXPECTING THE CHILDREN TO COMPLETE ANY HOME LEARNING THIS WEEK. THESE RESOURCES ARE ONLY FOR CHILDREN WHO WANT TO DO A BIT OF PRACTICE.
