Maths – One Less (Missing Number Game)

The children became number detectives! 🔍
They laid out their number dots in order. One child closed their eyes while their partner sneakily took one number away. When they opened their eyes, the children had to work out which number had gone missing by looking at the number after it and finding one less.

There was lots of counting, talking about numbers, and excited guessing as the children tried to catch the missing number!
