Well done year 3 and 4! You blew us all away with your excellent performance. I couldn't be more proud of you all. Thank you to our arts teachers and thank you to the children - you were incredible! Here are a couple of snaps from our rehearsals!

On Monday afternoon, Year 4 will be having their Christmas party.

The children wrote their own free-verse poems inspired by the book Winter Sleep. They spent time exploring rhythm and thinking about how their poems should sound when performed. After practising their delivery, they finished by performing their poems

Today we learnt about the word ‘pilgrimage’. We discovered that a pilgrimage is a religious journey. We talked about the town of Bethlehem and why some Christians may want to go on pilgrimage to here in order to feel closer to their God.

We wanted to find out if the length of a wire would affect the brightness of a bulb in a simple circuit. The children carried out an investigation by making a simple electrical circuit and connecting it with wires. They then tested the brightnes
