Ready, Steady, Grow! 🌱A Family Home Learning Project

In your child’s Love to Learn book, please include their new learning linked to our topic “Ready, Steady, Grow.”

This is a home learning activity for you to enjoy together as a family. Please help your child to plant some seeds (flowers, herbs, fruit or vegetables) and care for them as they grow.

As a family, you can:

• Plant the seeds together

• Talk about what you notice as they begin to grow

• Take photos of each stage

• Scribe (write down) your child’s words and observations about the changes they see

Please record this journey in your child’s book as the plant grows.

Once your plant has grown, please bring it into school. We will add the plants to our garden so the children can continue to care for them, water them, and watch them grow even more.
