Forest school fun!
What an exciting morning Team Cole had at their very first Forest School session!
Forest School is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn, explore, and develop confidence in the natural environment. Through hands-on experiences outdoors, children build independence, problem-solving skills, creativity, and a love of nature.
The children were full of excitement as they explored the woods and discovered all the wonderful things the forest has to offer. They enjoyed searching for minibeasts during a bug hunt, creating imaginative recipes in the mud kitchen, and working together to build their own dens. There were lots of opportunities for teamwork, communication, and imaginative play.
To keep warm, everyone enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate while sharing their adventures with friends.
It was fantastic to see the children embracing new experiences, taking risks safely, and showing curiosity about the world around them. We can't wait for our next Forest School adventure!
