What are the functions of roots?- Team Bullard

Absorption, transportation, storage and anchoring.

In topic this week we learnt about the four functions of roots:

-Anchoring, keeping a plant secure so that it has a higher chance of survival.

-Storage, storing nutrients and minerals to use in times of hardship.

- Transportation, transporting of nutrients and minerals for plant growth.

-Absorption, absorbing water through the root system to aid plant growth.

We had so much fun consolidating our knowledge. Can you tell which interpretation is which function?
