Viking Games 2026 information

On Tuesday 19th May, Year 3 and 4 will be taking part in the Viking Games at Upton with children from across the Viking Academy Trust.

Viking Games is a fun sporting event where children work in teams and take part in a range of different activities and challenges. It is a lovely opportunity for the children to be active, show teamwork and enjoy representing RAPS.

Please can children arrive at school by 8:25am so we have enough time to register, get organised and walk to the train station.

Children will need to come to school wearing their house colour top and their PE kit clothes.

Please also make sure your child brings:
A named water bottle
A packed lunch
A hat if it is sunny
A named jumper and coat if it's cold

Children who are entitled to free school meals will have a packed lunch provided by the school.

Parents are not able to watch this event, but we will share photos after the event.
