Feeling Good Through Exercise and Play
Today we learnt how exercise helps our mental health by increasing endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. To put this into action, we spent time outside playing fun playground games.
The children played tag, races, and other games that kept everyone active and smiling. While we were having fun, we were also improving our mood and reducing stress without even realising it.
It was a great reminder that simple play and movement can make us feel happier and healthier!
