Decimals!

Tenths!
Today we learnt about decimals, which are a way of showing numbers that are not whole. We found out that when one whole is split into 10 equal parts, each part is called a tenth. We also learnt that tenths can be written in different ways, such as fractions or decimals. After that, we worked together in groups to match fractions, decimals, and words, which helped us understand how they are all connected. Ask me to represent a tenth as a fraction and a decimal!
