Becoming Sorting Experts...

This week, Team Piper have been busy becoming super sorters! The children have loved exploring lots of different sorting activities that link to our maths learning. It has been wonderful to see our classroom maths lessons coming to life in our play activities.

The children have shown so much enjoyment as they remembered their learning and applied it independently. They sorted by colour, shape and size, and even discovered more than one way to sort the same set! It has been fantastic to see them becoming confident, independent learners who can explain their ideas clearly using key maths vocabulary like same and different.

We are so proud of our sorting superstars – well done Team Piper! 🌟
