Internet fast facts by Team Bullard

Today we learnt how to log on to the new IPADS and found out some facts about the internet.

1. The internet was invented by a group of people in January 1st 1983.

2. In 2015 3.2 billion people were using the internet compared to 2025 where there are 5.5 Billions currently. We predict that the number will increase.

3. The internet was created to allow the government to share information and is the result of a project that started during the cold war.

4. The countries that use the internet the most are China, India, USA, Indonesia, Brazil, Russia, Pakistan and Mexico.

5. Tim Berners-Lee was the founder of the world wide web, we think of this like a giant spider web of sharing information and connecting people.
