Term 3- Art to Start

At the start of every term, we begin our new topic with our special Art to Start session. This term, our topic is Space Explorers, and we launched it with a beautiful art lesson inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s A Starry Night.

The children explored the swirling skies and bright stars in the painting before creating their own space scenes using paint and cut-out silhouettes. They worked carefully to mix colours, add texture, and create glowing night skies full of movement and imagination.

It was a wonderful way to spark curiosity, creativity, and excitement for our new space topic. We can’t wait to continue our adventures as Space Explorers this term! 🚀✨
