6, 7 and 8

Today we have been learning about the numbers 6, 7 and 8. The children went on a number hunt to find hidden numbers around the classroom and outdoor area, then sorted them into groups. We also played a movement game where the children had to stand on the correct number when it was called out.

The children did a brilliant job recognising numbers and building 6, 7 and 8 in different ways.

At home: Look out for numbers 6, 7 and 8 when you are out on walks or in the shops and see if your child can spot them.
