A Call from Space!

Today Reception were incredibly excited to receive a very special call from Astrid’s mum in Astro Girl!

The children had prepared their own questions and asked them confidently, taking turns just like real scientists at mission control. They were fascinated to hear about floating in space, wearing a space suit and life on the space station. Of course, there were some very sensible questions about toilets and food too!

We were so proud of how clearly they spoke and how curious they were. Experiences like this help bring our learning to life and remind the children that they can dream big. 🚀
