Chapter 28!

This term, Year 4 have been immersed in the beautiful story of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo. Inspired by Edward’s journey, the children have been crafting their own powerful narratives.

Today, we proudly published our finished pieces! 

Throughout the writing process, pupils carefully planned their ideas, drafted their stories, and thoughtfully edited their work. They collaborated with partners to “uplevel” their writing, improving vocabulary choices, enhancing description, and refining key moments to create greater impact.

It has been wonderful to see their creativity, resilience, and pride shine through in their final published narratives. We are so impressed with the progress they have made as authors!
