The Green Ship - Team Hayzelden

This week, we have begun reading The Green Ship by Quentin Blake. 

On Monday, we read the beginning of the book and drew the "absolutely astonishing" things that we thought the characters might see. We were able to make great predictions, giving reasons for our answers.

Then, on Tuesday, we acted in character as Alice and her brother, imagining them discovering and exploring the ship. We focused on using our facial expressions and tone of voice to show our emotions. 

On Wednesday, we explored the character of Mrs Tredegar, creating a role on the wall to unpick her character.
