Measure madness in Maths !

A practical maths lesson for our unit of mass and capacity.
Today we went outside for our Maths lesson looking at mass, capacity and volume. We worked in groups to measure out randomly assigned millilitres (800ml, 300ml 250ml) and, using the interval lines, subtracted out 100mls at a time. Our final challenge was to use our addition skills to combine the remaining water to make 1 litre.
