SATS Parent Meeting
This term will see Year 6 pupils undertake the National end-of-key-stage tests, more commonly known as SATs. This Monday (20th April), there is a meeting for parents where we will provide a bit more information...
In the meeting, which begins at 15:45, we will explain the timetable, timings and purpose of the tests, as well as sharing a few examples of the types of questions that are likely to crop up. We will also outline how the school approaches the tests, how we will be preparing the children and what parents and carers can do to help. Hopefully, the meeting will be finished within half an hour in order to collect the children at the end of the school day. The meeting will be held in the Year 3 block on the playground.
