A Special Look at Last Year’s Artwork...

Team Piper loved spotting the amazing art on the stairs!

This week, the children enjoyed stopping to look at the beautiful artwork displayed on our stairs. It was created by the older children last year as part of a whole school art project called 420 Hands Taking a Line for a Walk.

The project was inspired by the artist Paul Klee and helped the children explore ideas about drawing, identity and belonging. The artwork is full of colour, symbols and stitched hands, making it really eye catching and special to look at!

Team Piper loved seeing the “big children’s” work and talking about what they could notice in the display. It was a lovely chance to celebrate creativity across the school and inspire our own young artists too.
