The children have been absolutely brilliant exploring repeating patterns together! They started off confidently with AB patterns and are now stepping up to the exciting challenge of ABB patterns—what superstars ⭐

Working as a team, they’ve been spotting, copying, and completing patterns like true pattern detectives 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♂️. Whether it’s using colours, shapes, or objects, they’re beginning to recognise what comes next and explain their thinking—fantastic mathematical talk!

There’s been lots of collaboration, problem-solving, and “aha!” moments as they test their ideas and help each other. It’s been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they challenge themselves with trickier patterns.
