Healthy Eating

This week in PSHE, we are learning all about healthy living! As part of our learning, the children will be exploring different food groups and discussing how a balanced diet helps us stay healthy and strong.
To make our learning extra fun, we will be creating a delicious nutrient-rich salad to share together in class on Thursday 4th June. We would be very grateful if each child could bring in 1 or 2 ingredients to add to our salad. Suggestions could include:
- Vegetables (such as cucumber, peppers, tomatoes or sweetcorn)

Cooked pasta, seeds or croutons
- Protein foods such as cooked chicken, chickpeas or beans
