Team Piper’s Outdoor Activity Time Fun!

Today the children absolutely loved their outdoor Activity Time! They were busy exploring, creating, painting and working together so beautifully.

The mud kitchen was very popular, with lots of muddy meals, cakes and drinks being made. The children used their imaginations brilliantly and enjoyed chatting together as they played. Water play was also a big hit, with lots of pouring, filling, emptying and investigating.

The children also enjoyed creating and painting outside, using their own ideas and talking proudly about what they had made. It was lovely to see them so engaged, confident and excited in their play.

Activity Time is such an important part of our learning in Reception. Through play, children develop their language, imagination, problem-solving skills and friendships. Today we were especially proud of the fantastic sharing we saw. The children took turns, helped each other and showed such kindness during their play.
