Fitness Fun in the sun!

In PSHE this week we have been learning how to stay healthy! We learnt about the benefits of exercise and staying fit. We even know that exercise can give us endorphins – making us happy! We tried a circuit of push-ups, star jumps, squats and sit-ups! Then, had a mindful yoga session the field – trying poses such as downward dog, cobra and plank.
