Maths: Length and Mass

Moving on from volume and capacity, Team Amin started to explore length and mass practically today by recapping skills for measuring and recalling key conversions for both types of measurements. We had lots of fun measuring our pencils, books, the whiteboard and even our tables! We also started to recap methods of finding area and perimeter too! We will continue to explore these two concepts over the next two weeks by looking at conversions, applications and our four operations! What a lovely Monday!
