Monday's English - 20/4/20
Hopefully you managed to make some notes about Rwanda from Friday's task. We will be using them for today's task...
What I would like you to do today is write the beginning of an information text. You will need a title, and introduction and then some information set out underneath sub-headings. Attached below is a picture of an example information text so you can see how to set it out. There are also some notes in case you found it difficult to get your own.
Remember:
- Use your notes, but put them into FULL sentences and ADD extra detail to make it more interesting for the reader.
- Remember punctuation.
Do NOT write all of it today, just the title, introduction and one or two sections. Reread it after you are done to check it makes sense. Try to get 3 or 4 sentences for each section - you could always go back online to get more information if you are a bit short!
