🌟 Reception's Marvellous Mass Adventure! ⚖️

Today in maths, Reception turned into mini scientists and curious explorers as we dived into the wonderful world of mass! 🧪✨

Armed with balance scales and all sorts of exciting loose parts – from pebbles and pinecones to buttons and blocks – we got hands-on to discover what it means to be heavier, lighter, or just right... balanced!

The classroom was buzzing with excitement as we tested our ideas:

🎈 "What happens if we add one more button?"
🪨 "Wow! The stone is heavier than ALL the feathers!"
⚖️ "Look! It's balancing! We made it equal!"

With teamwork, trial and error, and lots of laughter, we explored weight through real play and discovery. Who knew learning about mass could be such a blast?
