Firework Day Fun! 🎆🔥

Firework Day was filled with excitement and lots of fun things to explore! The children got creative with firework painting, using bright colours and sparkly glitter to make their own explosions of colour on paper. They also enjoyed playdough activities, shaping rockets, fireworks, and bonfires.

One of the highlights of the day was gathering around a massive bonfire to roast marshmallows and enjoy some delicious hot chocolate — the perfect treat on a chilly day! ☕🔥

The children also learned about the importance of staying safe around fire and sparklers, understanding how to enjoy them responsibly. To finish, they discovered a little bit about why we celebrate Firework Night, learning the story behind Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot.
