Mindful Monday 🌿

Starting the week right!

Every Monday, we enjoy Mindful Monday — a calm and gentle start to our week. After a busy weekend, we take time to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with our friends and teachers.

The learning day starts a little later, giving everyone the chance to ease into the morning at their own pace. We set up a range of mindful activities to help the children feel relaxed and ready for the week ahead. These might include quiet colouring, sensory play, yoga, gentle music, or mindfulness breathing.

Mindful Monday helps us to:
