🌟 This Week in EYFS — Coding Fun! 🐵💻

This week our Early Years learners had lots of fun exploring simple coding! We used iPads to play a game where we helped a cheeky monkey reach a treasure chest. The children learned about sequencing and programming, which means putting steps in the right order to make something happen — just like giving instructions!

They tapped commands on the screen to tell the monkey where to go, and then watched it move to collect the treasure. We talked about why the order of instructions matters and celebrated every success. 🎉

💡 Coding isn’t just for computers — it’s about thinking carefully, solving problems and using our language to explain our ideas!
