A Spell-tacular Start...

Team Piper have been absolutely loving their Read, Write, Inc. (RWI) lessons this week. We have now started using our sound boards to help us blend sounds together and even begin spelling some words!

The children are growing in confidence as they practise using their “Fred Fingers” to carefully sound out each word, before writing it down on their boards. It’s wonderful to see their excitement as they realise they can spell real words all by themselves!
