Reception had such a lovely time at the beach today!
So many parents and families came along to join us, which was really lovely to see. Thank you so much to everyone who joined us, and a big thank you to everyone who brought shade with them to help keep the children cool and comfortable.
It was wonderful watching the children play with their friends, while parents also had the chance to chat and get to know each other a little more.
The children loved having ice creams and lollies, eating their lunches together, and of course enjoying the school cookies, which are always a big hit! There was lots of fun, laughter and happy memories made.
With only 6 days left in Reception, and then 3 transition days in Year 1, this was such a special way to start the week.
