Lesson 1 in Team Amin-McCurry

For our first lesson in Year 2, we revisited our Year 1 learning about numbers up to 20 – and what a fantastic time we had! We discussed the meaning of ‘digit’ and what a digit represents, recognised values up to 20, counted to 20, and made numbers using different types of manipulatives - including Dienes blocks, cubes and even our class number line.
