Mindful Mondays in Team A-M
Monday mornings start with some mindfulness activities in year 2.
Mindful Monday activities help us to get ready for our learning. We talk about how we are feeling, set goals and remind ourselves of affirmations which help us be the best versions of ourselves. We reconnect with classmates and collaborate on different activities, such as Lego, drawing, building and even creating 3D structures using marshmallows and cocktail sticks.
