Team B-C Art to Start: Andy Goldsworthy

Our inspiration for Term 2’s Art to Start was the artist, Andy Goldsworthy! We explored his sculptures, discussing the materials he uses and the locations his art is found in. We now know Andy makes sculptures using natural materials in the UK and around the world including in forests, fields or cities. We tried to be like Andy Goldsworthy ourselves! Outside, we used natural materials such as stones, conkers, sticks, leaves, grass and pinecones to create our own sculptures. We loved using our RAPS values of creativity and collaboration to produce some beautiful artwork together.
