A stormy lesson in Team Bullard !

Today in English we explored a scene in our story 'Into the forest' by Anthony Browne in which our character us awoken by a storm. 

To really delve into our character's feelings, we watched a short film about a thunderstorm, created our own soundscapes with percussion instruments and created a stormy scene with coloured card and oil pastels. 

'Shocked, petrified and on edge' are just a few of the phrases the children came up with to express what it would feel like to have woken up to such a storm.
