How do I structure a non-chronological report?

Today Team Bullard looked at the features and layout of a non-chronological report.
This week in English we will be writing about the Iron Man from our story 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes as if he were a real creature. During the past week we have explored present tense, formal language and fact versus opinion, and today we looked at how we can structure a non-chronological report.
We learnt the importance of an introduction and began to play around with the positioning of subheadings. We ended the lesson by looking at, and making a note of, subject-specific vocabulary. This will help us begin our writing tomorrow.
