Super Scientists – Team Hayzelden

We began the week by learning about friction. We learnt that friction is a force that slows down objects. We conducted an investigation to discover how different surfaces can impact how an object moves. We talked about how to keep our investigation a fair test, whilst also considering any anomalies in our data (for example, rolling the ball outside when it was windy would cause the test to be unfair). 

Then in today's lesson we have been learning about magnetism. We used magnets to investigate which objects and materials around the classroom were magnetic.
