STEAM Week Day 3 - Team Hayzelden
Day 3 of STEAM week!
Today we have had another lovely day for STEAM week!
We began by designing surfaces made of different materials to test our vehicles on, as well as adding the finishing details to our designs. We then tested our vehicles to see which would travel the furthest and which were strong and able to stay together when travelling on different terrains.
Then, we took part in the Hour of Code challenge. Hour of AI Activities The link to the website is here, as lots of the children really enjoyed this and wanted to access it at home.
Finally, this afternoon we created our own board games based on the games 'Snakes and Ladders', 'Monoply' and 'Chess'.
