Published 18/05/17, by AdminThis week in Maths we continued developing our understanding of subtraction by solving word problems. We were superstars at this and we even chose our favourite subtraction methods to use independently. Later in the week we began looking at number families for addition and subtraction. We used the part, part whole method to make a number and once we had done this, we were then able to find all four calculations. We now know that subtraction is the inverse to addition and this will be a great help for our future learning!
