  • My Unique Story

    Published 09/11/17, by Admin

Today your child will bring home their  ‘My Unique Story’.  We use the ‘My Unique Story’ to lead us through the parent consultation process.  At Ramsgate Arts Primary School we believe that partnership with parents is the key to helping your child develop both socially and academically. Using the ‘My Unique Story’ means that the parent consultation process is a joint sharing of information where we can discuss your child together and share how we feel we can help you child to take their next steps.  To help with this process we ask that you fill in the BLUE BOXES on the form (this includes a box where you will need to write down your child’s opinions) and bring this with you to the parent consultation if not before.  We will then fill in the remainder of the form together and also add in a sheet outlining how your child has progressed in each area of learning.  We will then use this as a base for our discussion during the parent consultation.  Parent consultations will take place next week.

  • Love To Learn Challenge

    Published 23/10/17, by Admin

For your first love to learn challenge we ask you to firstly decorate your book in order to personalise it for your child. After that we would like you to find out about fireworks night and/or Diwali. You might like to look at pictures, produce a painting, make a guy, a rocket or a diwali lamp. You might like to discuss the history behind fireworks night or the reason for celebrating Diwali.

We hope you enjoy your half term break and look forward to looking at your challenges after half term.

Please return your Love to Learn books by Wednesday 1st November.  Your child will then be able to share their book with their friends in class.
